Any information that you share with us regarding your child or family situation will always be treated in strictest confidence and if stored, kept inaccessible to third parties.

COMPLAINTS
We welcome suggestions on how to improve our group and aim to provide all children, parents and carers with courteous, prompt and careful attention. Any complaints should be directed to a supervisor, there is a full policy available for inspection on request.
